You've completed Steps 1-5. You're intimately familiar with your NetID, and you've reset your password. The next two steps—checking your housing status and completing the Pre-Orientation Homework—will require you to put that knowledge to the test.

All single enrolled freshmen who do not commute from the home of their parent or legal guardian are required to live in University residence halls. To check your housing status, please visit UT Housing's "Student Status" site and log in using your NetID and password. If you need further information regarding the Student Status site and how it works, University Housing has posted a brief tutorial on their website.
